Stainless Steel 316Ti Foil is made up of roughly 16–18% chromium, 10–14% nickel, 2–3% molybdenum, and a small amount of titanium (0.5%) for stabilization. This unique blend boosts resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and carbide precipitation. The alloy showcases a tensile strength of 515–690 MPa, a yield strength of 205 MPa, and an elongation of about 40%. It retains excellent toughness, ductility, and corrosion resistance, even in chloride and acidic environments. The addition of titanium enhances thermal stability, allowing 316Ti to perform effectively at continuous service temperatures of up to 870°C.
